In short

Curity IT Solutions provides managed IT, cybersecurity and Microsoft 365 support to not-for-profit organisations and charities across North Queensland from Mackay to Cairns and west to Mount Isa. We protect donor, member and client information, manage staff and volunteer accounts, help you use nonprofit licensing where you’re eligible, and keep IT costs predictable with fixed monthly plans.

What not-for-profits need from IT

Protecting the people you serve

Client, member and donor records are often sensitive. We secure them with MFA, endpoint protection, email security and monitored backups.

Staff and volunteers

People join and leave often. We set up and remove accounts quickly and give each person only the access their role needs.

Predictable costs

Fixed monthly plans from $79 per user per month, ex GST make IT easier to budget and easier to explain to your board.

Making the most of nonprofit licensing

Microsoft and many other vendors offer discounted licensing to eligible not-for-profit organisations. We check what you qualify for, set it up correctly and make sure you’re not paying for licences nobody uses.

Reporting risk to your board

Boards are accountable for how the organisation protects information. We give you plain-English reporting on your security, backups and the risks that need a decision, so directors can govern with confidence.

Funding, grants and cyber security

Funders and government programs increasingly ask about cyber security and privacy. Our free security review, two 30-minute sessions where we collect information and then present our findings, shows where you stand and what to fix first, in language you can use in a grant application or board paper.
