Built secure, not secured later
- Your sign-in. Staff log in with their Microsoft 365 account and multi-factor authentication, not another password.
- Least access. Each app and automation reaches only the data it needs.
- People approve what matters. Automations prepare; a person approves anything that sends, pays, deletes or changes access.
- Logged. A record of what ran, when and what it did.
- Australian hosting available. AI processing and storage can stay in Australia.
- Documented and owned. You get documentation and a clear owner, so the tool doesn’t become a mystery when someone leaves.
A real example: our own business
Our own team works with AI assistants and automations we built and run: support calls summarised into tickets, email triaged with reply drafts ready for review, documentation kept current, and systems such as this website updated and checked every night with a weekly report.
