In short
Curity IT Solutions is a managed IT services provider based in Garbutt, Townsville, Queensland. We act as an accountable technology partner for professional and service organisations of about 10 to 35 staff, especially law firms, medical practices and accounting practices.
Our story
Curity was founded in Townsville in January 2023 by Sheldon Hampton, who has worked in IT since 2005 across industries from legal and medical to construction and hospitality. Today we support 300+ clients across North Queensland, around Australia and overseas.
Curity exists to do IT properly: own the outcome, explain it plainly, fix the cause rather than just the symptom, and write it down so it stays fixed.

What we won’t promise
We can’t promise that technology will never fail, that every issue can be fixed instantly or that every vendor will perform. We can promise to manage those situations professionally: take ownership, assess the impact, communicate, escalate when needed and see it through.
