Managed IT and pricing

What does managed IT include?

Every plan includes 24/7 SOC and NOC backed monitoring, patching, backup management, Microsoft 365 management and cybersecurity tools with staff training. Remote Managed adds remote support, network, cloud and vendor management. Full Managed adds onsite support, IT consulting, compliance and disaster recovery planning. Projects, hardware and licences are charged separately.

How much does managed IT cost in Townsville?

Curity’s Remote Managed plan is $79 and Full Managed is $99 per user per month, ex GST, with each user covering up to 1.5 devices. Co-Managed, for organisations with their own IT staff, is $49 per user per month, ex GST.

Do you offer a free IT security review?

Yes. Every prospective client can book a free security review with a trained security professional, onsite or remote. It runs as two 30-minute sessions: in the first we collect information about your systems, and in the second we present our findings and what to fix first.

What are your support hours?

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, closed public holidays. Outside those hours our after-hours service, security operations centre and network operations centre provide 24/7 monitoring and response for Full Managed and Remote Managed clients.

Do you come onsite?

Yes. Onsite support in Townsville is included in our Full Managed plan. Other plans are delivered remotely, with onsite visits available at our standard rates.

Security

Is Curity available 24/7?

Yes, for Full Managed and Remote Managed clients. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and our after-hours service, security operations centre and network operations centre provide 24/7 monitoring and response.

Do you help with the Essential Eight?

Yes. We assess practices against the ACSC Essential Eight, recommend a realistic target maturity level and implement and maintain the controls.

What should we do if we think we’ve been hacked?

Call us immediately on (07) 4401 5141. Don’t delete anything. We will contain the problem, investigate and help you assess whether it is a notifiable data breach.

Microsoft 365 and AI

Do you support Microsoft 365?

Yes: administration, security, licensing, Teams and SharePoint, migrations and Copilot readiness.

Can you help us roll out Microsoft Copilot?

Yes. We review permissions and sharing first, then pilot Copilot with a small group and help set an AI use policy.

Phones

Do you install business phone systems?

Yes. We deploy and support 3CX and Microsoft Teams calling, including reception call flows and number porting.

Switching

How do we switch to Curity from another IT provider?

Give notice under your current agreement and authorise us to collect access and information. We run a planned handover, document your environment and report inherited risks.
